TALENT is also who we are and how we adapt in a work environment.... How can you improve coaching and leadership skills with the Birkman Method? The oldest and scientifically used method since 1950 (FFM) has been used as a mentored development tool to discover and manage talents and reveal potential. It touches people with 50 million reports and thousands of consultants and global in-house Birkman experts. Self-awareness, which is the primary purpose of our service as a mentor, is a method whose benefits can be measured by directly entering into self-knowledge. Why I decided to bring the Birkman Method to Turkey; because it was experimental among many practices and inventories in the world and had an effect that combined environmental factors with the nutrition of personality needs. First of all, I had the opportunity to observe this benefit in sectors that had many human resources problems. It provided opportunities for change by directing organizational development with the behavioral analysis ,it gives not only individually but from the individual to the team, and served as a coaching tool to reveal the potential. As with every evaluation method, who applied and interpreted it was also important. The practical training provided with this method is designed by expert trainers with corporate experience to manage the processes during recruitment, consultancy, development, professional focus, leadership and coaching. The application of the Birkman report with feedback is a training in which you can combine identifying the person's motivators, productive behavior and stress behavior management that includes needs analysis, and basic self-awareness with coaching techniques.
